Athletes work in a one on one or small group strength training environment. In today’s youth sports, injuries are at an all time high, especially for athletes ages 12-18. We are here to help reduce the risk of injury and overuse through consistent Strength Training in-season and offseason.

All athletes train sport specific strength, movement technique, sport specific speed and agility, power endurance, sport specific endurance, and core stability.

Our system begins with evaluation of vertical jump, broad jump, medicine ball tosses for distance and height, various strength and stability tests.  From there we help athletes train weaknesses and turn them into strengths.

Our main goal for Sports Athletes is to improve their relative strength, explosive power, endurance, jumping ability, speed and agility, core stability, and sport specific strength.
