We look to get people started in a way that will be most comfortable to them and at a pace commensurate to development of solid fundamentals in fitness. Anyone can do personal training, our philosophy is not exclusive and definitely all inclusive. We will perform a basic initial assessment of needs and require clients to express personal goals. This initial process will allow for us to formulate a plan specific to the needs of each individual client.
