CROSSFIT

Group training following a structured strength and conditioning plan designed to elicit great results in strength, endurance, mobility, core strength, and nutrition.  Goal setting is the name of the game, we set goals for each client and structure the workouts to reach specific goals laid out by each client.  StrengthFarm classes are offered 6 days per week and 5 times each weekday.

TRAINwithBETINA

#TRAINwithBETINA incorporates different modalities of strength and conditioning.  Betina brings a class full of energy with fun Circuits, Intervals, and various Challenges.  You're guaranteed to feel accomplished, strong, and motivated after leaving a session of training with Betina!

STRENGTHxYOGA

60 minute sessions with focus on full-body strength training, breathing, and moving through ranges of motion which aid in hip, shoulder, back, and ankle strength, mobility and stability.  By moving through our strength-based approach to yoga and mindfulness, athletes receive assistance increasing skills in stress management, core strength, flexibility, and mental focus. 

Wednesday - 5:30AM, 6:30AM, 11:30AM, 12:30PM

 

SPORTS PERFORMANCE

Group training, sport specific, classes designed to train young athletes training for their given sport. We love offering these classes to young athletes to develop the skills they need to perform at a high level.  A huge benefit of someone participating in this program is that we design workouts to prevent injury and promote balanced elite athleticism.

WEIGHTLIFTING BARBELL CLUB

Athletes will participate in structure weightlifting technique and programming.  Instruction in the fundamentals of the snatch and clean and jerk will be taught and drilled regularly.  Our goal is to improve technique and strength by spending time between 55-80% with heavy days mixed in every 3-4 weeks.
