StrengthFarm CrossFit is a unique program designed to incorporate running, rowing, biking, weightlifting, gymnastics, strongman, yoga and mobility/injury prevention.

Our 12 Week Cycle is unique and structured to increase your Strength, Endurance, Power, Power-Endurance, and Mobility. These qualities will dramatically improve your ability in CrossFit. Especially as a competitor, it is vital to vary intensity, volume, and frequency of specific training qualities. We have done the research for you, programming is our specialty. SPORTS PERFORMANCE

In our Sports Performance programming we focus on eliminating athlete weaknesses. Explosive Strength is applicable to any physical sport. Athletes with a foundation of structurally balanced strength and stability carry capacity in all planes of motion for high athletic potential.

Through concentrated training across the broad spectrum of the Force-Velocity Curve, athletes become more powerful and well rounded. Upper and Lower body Pushing, Pulling, Jumping, Sprinting, Change of Direction, Injury prevention techniques all enhance athletic performance. As athletes become more advanced in their power production, more focused training will be done on their sport specific speed, power endurance, and skills. For young athletes to jump higher, run faster, and generally become more explosive they need to first become strong.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training is of great importance to those looking for a more detailed exercise protocol. We look to get people started in a way that will be most comfortable to them and at a pace commensurate to development of solid fundamentals in fitness. Anyone can do personal training, our philosophy is not exclusive and definitely all inclusive. We will perform a basic initial assessment of needs and require clients to express personal goals. This initial process will allow for us to formulate a plan specific to the needs of each individual client.

YOGA

We believe integrating yoga into our strength and conditioning routines is essential. It is incredibly beneficial for all and promotes mindfulness. Our instructor teaches Vinyasa classes that improve range of motion, flexibility, mobility and overall balance. Join us every Wednesday morning at 6:30am for our Yoga class.

MINDFULNESS

Introducing a program unique and extremely beneficial to the community called StrengthFarm™ Mindfulness. This program entails a deep exploration into the discipline of awareness as it relates to resiliency, humanity and elite performance. With a focus on mindfulness skill building, this course will train athletes and executives to habituate to self-awareness as a foundation for cultivating their human potential for self-development, social relationships, community engagement and greater good. Train at the intersection of the contemporary science of neurobiology and the wisdom of contemplative traditions.

 
 

MILITARY TRAINING

StrengthFarm Military Training program is about preparing military recruits physically, mentally, and spiritually for the constant rigors of military service. Being that our coaches have been in the military and have witnessed what it takes to perform well in any environment, what we offer is unique as a fitness facility. We offer local Military Recruiters a place they can trust their recruits will be trained properly for service.
